State mortgage rates ranged from the lowest rate of 4.21% (UT) to the highest rate of 4.70% (NV). Currently, Colorado mortgage rates are 2 basis points lower than the national average of 4.33%.

The Colorado mortgage rate on July 31, 2010, is down 1 basis points from last week's average Colorado rate of 4.32%.
